Peak Watches Limited – Refund & Returns Policy

At Peak Watches Limited, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

2. Reasons for Return
A. Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want the item, we will accept a return subject to the following conditions:

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

The original card transaction fee (typically 2–3%) will not be refunded. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is non-recoverable.

The remaining balance (minus the transaction fee) will be refunded once the item is inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition.

B. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping will be covered by Peak Watches Limited in this case.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Items that have been worn, resized, or altered

Gift cards or promotional items

4. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Any applicable transaction fees (for change-of-mind returns) will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
